Hyperion Implementation Operations
Support
The DSI team is currently engaged under a master service contract to provide direct functional and technical support to the Department of Finance (including Office of Budget & Management) as it develops and deploys its Hyperion solution. The services include:
- Periodic Financial Reporting
- System & Project Management
- Strategic Planning & Program Evaluation
Our Task
To provide the Office of Budget and Management (OMBS) with project management and technical support and work with the Technology team during the Hyperion implementation period. Specifically, the support team will augment WMATA staff and assist with activities associated with (but not limited to) the following:
- Budget Development
- Budget Formulation
- Financial Analysis
- Business – Functional Solution and Implementation Support
