Diversified Systems was the Prime Contractor on this large upgrade effort that involved the upgrade of all Oracle software handling the accounting functions for the Bureau.
Our Task
DSI provided project management, database consulting, technical expertise, subject matter consulting, integration testing, and post implementation support. We selected and involved a trusted partner that specializes in Oracle upgrades. A phased approach was utilized which separated the project into clearly defined deliverables. DSI managed all contractual issues and resource management of our own staff as well as partner staff. This was a highly successful, fixed-price engagement.
